A New Form Floor Heating Using Transcritical CO2 Heat Pump System as Thermal Resource
In this paper,a new form floor heating is proposed. It introduces its structure and analyzes the characteristics of heat transfer.By experiment, the data is used to make certain the relationships of indoor space temperature, inlet temperature and surface temperature of floor heating. The results show that the inlet temperature of floor heating is restricted which is much lower than traditional ones when satisfying the heating requirement, thus it really can decrease the thermal energy consumption.Giving the zero of ODP and low GWP of CO2,a model is developed to simulate the performance of transcritical CO2 heat pump system to provide hot water for floor heating.Through simulation,it can be seen that the average COPh of this proposed cycle is higher than 4.6.It also be investigated the effects of the governing parameters on the performance, such as water flow rate, heat exchanging area and condensation pressure in gas cooler. This study shows the potential of application of whole heating system, not only amenity of life environment, but energy-saving.
