Effect of Gas-liquid-solid Contact Angle on Forced Convective Heat Transfer of Flue Gas with Condensation
The heat transfer enhancement and anticorrosion on flue gas condensing heat transfer surface in natural gas-fired equipment is the key to develop high-efficient and compact condensing heat transfer equipments.In this paper,theoretical investigation of flue gas forced convective condensing heat transfer was conducted based on the rivulet model.The relationship between the gas-liquid-solid contact angle and the condensate liquid film thickness was established,and the gas-liquid-solid contact angle effecting on the flue gas forced convective condensing heat transfer was discussed.
