Research About the Auto-control Design of the HVAC System in BSL-3 Laboratory
Biology safety laboratory of third-level (BSL-3),which is also called Protect three (P3)laboratory,is strict to the negative pressure and pressure gradient.According to the conditions of the air blower,the security cabinets opening and closure and the staff passing in and out the laboratory,the control system must make deals to the indoor negative pressures fluctuation.The control system carries on the real-time monitoring to the sensor and actuators condition,and also sends out the sound and light warning when each accused parameter exceeds the allowed figure.This article discussed the synthesis application of the Distributed control system (DCS) and Direct digital control system (DDC) in the P3 laboratory,and also discussed software systems logical constitution,as well as digital Proportion Integral Differential (PID) control technology application.
