Study on Ventilation Pattern of Outdoor Air Intake from the Back of Local Exhaust Hood in Hotel Kitchen

摘要：

In hotel kitchen ventilation,outdoor air intake from the back of local exhaust hood is adopted.In this paper,the temperature distribution of the hotel kitchen is studied by the numerical simulation.The results show that the proportion of outdoor air intake from the back is suitable at 8%～28%.Under these conditions,the distribution of temperature is relatively uniform and the environment of common kitchen is comparatively comfortable.
