Implementing Effects of Dispersion Energy System into Residential Buildings in Changchun

This paper discusses the application of dispersion energy system in residential buildings and its evaluation effects by selecting Changchun,one of the provincial capitals in Northeast China,as a model.Firstly,the energy consumption intensity of Changchun was figured out by using the energy consumption intensity of Tokyo and the degree day ratio of Changchun to that of Tokyo.Secondly,this paper employed the surface area of architecture to calculate energy requirement (heat and electricity) in new project districts.Finally,five different cases of energy supplying systems were set up.These systems mainly utilize CGS (CO-generation system),solar system,make-up boiler system and utility electricity to supply heat loads and electricity loads.These five cases all have certain effects on the environment,energy saving,and economic benefit.Though there remain disadvantages,the favorable system will save up to 78.8% of energy,reduce 57.2% of operating cost,and reduce 40.1% of intensity of CO2 emission compared with the conventional energy system.The cost can be paid back within 9 years.
