The Design of Performance Appraisal System for Supply Chain Based on Logistics

Performance appraisal is an important part of Supply Chain Management.Establishing an effective performance appraisal system of the supply chain can evaluate the performance of the supply chain faithfully and determine the interaction of the performance appraisal indicators perspicuously.This is the foundation to efficiently manage the supply chain and improve the performance of the supply chain.And the construction of performance appraisal indicators is the first step for enterprises to conduct practical appraisals.In this paper,the principles what establish a performance appraisal system in the hope of establishing a reasonable and effective performance appraisal system has been discussed.A performance appraisal system which contains node enterprise has been established.This performance appraisal system is evaluated from the aspect of interior operation capacity,node enterprise operation capacity,customer service capacity and asset management capacity.
