Research of the EnterprisesLogistics Strategy on the Theory of the Core Competence

摘要：

Enterprises surviving in the market must have the ability system.In the enterprise competence system,the core competence is the most critical.Enterprises should clearly distinguish what is their core competence,and then focused to enhance their core competence,develop the core business,thereby enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Choosing their own logistics strategy,Enterprises should analyze their logistics capacity,and judge if the logistics competence is the enterprisescore competence,if it is,they should vigorously develop;if not,they should give up.
