Analysis on Foundation of Venture Enterprises and Effectiveness of Management
It is an important question to choose imbark enterprise in the venture capital.The venture capital now is goes to the high technology project,finally will be goes to enterprises future,but the enterprises success in the future depends on the imbark enterprises foundation and the management effectiveness.When a enterprise is established,risk investments need to evaluate the possibilities of success when the function of people,opportunity,environment and transactions work together.The analysis of management effectiveness is mainly the evaluation of the dynamic management level of the four factors.The analysis method of establishment of venture enterprises and effectiveness of management needs to adapt method of stock option pricing and method of market profit rate,which are able to solve uncertain problems in the analysis of risk investment projects.
