Risk Control of Logistics Enterprise in Warehouse Receipt Pledging

摘要：

Warehouse receipt pledging is a kind of operational activities that logistics enterprise acts for the bank to monitor the physical stock of depositor which is taken as guaranty,then the bank loans to the owner of the stock.It is helpful to settling the difficulties in enterprises financing and banks loaning,the contradictions between banks and the enterprises can also be well resolved.At present in our country,warehouse receipt pledging is still a new business without sound theory and has not been implemented in large-scale,various kinds of risk exist inevitably in warehousing receipt pledging but still there is few efficient measures to avoiding it at present.It is of great significance to analyze and control the risk effectively for the success of warehousing receipt pledging.
