The Research on Structural Model of Community Property Management based on the Supply Chain Theory

摘要：

With city community management and property management belonging to different domains of disciplines,there are the phenomena of two layers of skin,complex interface management and more confliction in real life.According to the supply chain management theory,the paper combs community resources thinking from the systems and constructs supply chain structure model of community;This model has not only realized the community integration management and the Community residentsautonomy,promoted the community management and the property management seamless engagement,but also changed the decentralized management of the plot for the community integration management and realized scale benefit and economies of scale of the property management,effectively solved all kinds of existing problems in community management and property management.
