Study on Construction and Management of Strategic Cooperative Partnership Based on Supply Chain
The core of supply chain management is how to build and manage supply chain strategic cooperative partnership.Once the partnership is formed,it means there must be a related change in the idea as well as the change in the enterprise structure.Therefore,we must make a systemic and scientific study in theory to make sure the benefits among supply chain strategic cooperative partners can be really realized.First,the paper provides the flow of building the supply chain strategic cooperative partnership.Next,it mainly describes how to evaluate and choose supply chain strategic cooperative partners.Finally,it points out how well supply chain system is operated depends on whether the partners can get on well with each other.The study in this article shows that the supply chain union based on the good partnership between the enterprise and the associated enterprises will contribute to be more devoted to improving core competence and reducing transaction costs,and gain the advantage in the fierce market competition.
