Through analyzing the present situation of agricultural products supply chain in Heilongjiang Province,the paper combined with reality of agricultural products market,summarized main problems in which agricultural products supply chain management of Heilongjiang Province existed,and put forward some countermeasures to improve the level of supply chain management.
