Dynamic Supply Chain Flexibility Based on Order Quantity Optimization

摘要：

In this paper,I introduce concept of flexibility,response interval,the best flexibility and the most efficient response interval based on synergetic response.The measurements for flexibility,response interval,the best flexibility and the most efficient response interval are given.Supply chain flexibility of order quantity is defined based on order quantity optimization for suppliers.Measurement model of supply chain flexibility is founded and the solution of the model is given.It has been elaborated that the best flexibility of order quantity will be updated continuously in the process of accommodating environmental changes and supply chain flexibility of order quantity is dynamic.
