Shipping Logistics Strategy of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Shandong Province

摘要：

With the use of SWOT analysis,the paper made an analysis on strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of shipping logistics industries in Shandong section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,and based on this analysis,the paper put forward integrative strategic planning and strategic positioning-to create a modern and integrated Carrier in logistics industry along Shandong section of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal.Moreover,it also put forward corresponding implementation strategy to promote sustainable development of shipping logistics in the Shandong section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal for Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to represent the golden watercourse value as well as the present economic and social value.
