Study on the Sustainable Development Ability Assessment of Green Supply Chain Based on Circular Economy
With the increasing development of waste of resources and environmental pollution,green supply chain management (GSCM) based on circular economy will become an inevitable trend of industry development.Performance evaluation,including the assessment of the sustainable ability,is a key factor to implement GSCM.However,the research framework of green supply chain (GSC) has not established and studies on the assessment system of GSC have not developed up till now.For this reason,this paper examines the problem of the sustainable development ability assessment of GSC based on circular economy.This paper starts with analyzing the connotation and characteristics of circular economy and the characteristics of GSC.Then,the index system of the sustainable development capability of GSC is established.The index system is composed of three first-layer indexes,economic benefits,social effect and environmental benefits.Every first-layer index is divided into several second-layer indexes.At the same time,the characteristics of GSC indexes,which are different from those of traditional supply chain,are analyzed in this paper.At last,the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is introduced to assess the sustainable development ability of GSC according to the characteristics of index system.
