Study on the Construction and Management of Modern Logistics Service Brand

This paper combines logistics service characteristic and relevant service brand theories to analyze the connotation and elements of logistics service brand,then brings forward the idea of building and managing logistics service brand by referring to service brand management model.At last,this paper puts forward concrete suggestions and countermeasures from such respects as brand idea,image system,service content and service quality.
