The Research on the Technology of Acid Disposal by Phosphorus Gypsum
Phosphorus gypsum becomes borderline product in the progress of production phosphoric acid by wet method, and it has partly P2O5and fluorine which influences management and reusing of phosphorus gypsum. This paper studied that the alkaline substance in solid waste in coal-fired heat and power plant was used to neutralize the acidic substance in phosphorus gypsum. As a result of compounding reactions, the environmental pollution which was caused by acidity and alkaline was removed. Then the details of fly ash in dealing with phosphorus gypsum were investigated. Through experiments, the proportion of phosphorus gypsum and fly ash, the feasibility of exploring fly ash in the fields of processing phosphorus gypsum were obtained, as well as the existing enormous potential.the article pointed the directions of study and reference in pretreatment of phosphorus gypsum.
