Biotic Population Clustering Model With the Discrete Increment of Information
By considering the whole biosphere as a big information source and each biotic population as a discrete source, we can use the measure of information diversity to describe the species diversity, and use the information increment of diversity to show the otherness of different species. In this paper, we gave the concept of measure of information diversity and increment of diversity, established the relation between the biologic similarity and information increment of diversity. Using the relation, we get a biologic cluster model based on the increment of diversity. A joint characters cluster method is used in the model, so it has higher precision and stronger generality. In the experiment, we use the model on six different species classification and compare it with the traditional methods. The same effect has been found.
