Dynamics of a New SIR Epidemic Model With Time Delay and Vertical Transmission

A new SIR epidemic model with time delay and vertical transmission is proposed, and the dynamics of the model under pulse vaccination are analyzed. Global attractivity of infection-free periodic solution is proved. The condition for the permanence of epidemic model with pulse vaccination is also given.
