Study on Human Resource Capacity Building under the Backdrop of Knowledge Management
under the condition of knowledge-based economy,a firms core competency lies in its preservation and value increment of talents.On the basis of knowledge share,this thesis creatively proposes an argument of human resource capacity building (HRCB) and develops its model in detail,which has provided a new perspective for the management and development of human resources in the new economic era.
