Researches in the Cooperative Relationship of Manufacturer and TPL
Logistics is a new growth point of economics in the 21st century,and how to coordinate the relationship of the enterprise and the TPL will affect the profits of these two enterprises.In this paper,we analyse the relationship of two-echelon supply chain including one manufacturer and one TPL company by game theory.We use Stackelberg model to discuss the price and profits of the supply chain,and try to find out the difference when manufacturer and TPL company adopt a different contractual relationship.Through the long-term cooperation model,we find that market price will reduce,while the profits of the supply chain will increase.Then we analysis the reason of such a conclusion ,and point out that constituting long-term cooperation by making a long term contract will bring pareto improvement to the whole supply chain.
