The Relation Management between Enterprise and Knowledge Supplier: An Ethics Perspective

摘要：

Because of knowledges some characteristics,knowledge not only brought the high growth to the enterprise but also worked in the new ethics hidden danger.From the knowledge characteristic analysis,this paper elaborated all sorts of ethics question between the enterprise and the nowledge supplier,such as the benefit conflict,encroach business secrets,behaviors without fulfill the duty and so on.Finally it pointed out tree principle that how to construct the benign relation between the enterprise ethics construction principle,caused the enterprise to be in the harmonious ethics environment.
