The Approach of Green Supply Chain Management for Modern Enterprises

摘要：

The paper points out the importance of green supply chain management for modern enterprises and the characteristics and the contents of green supply chain management.Based on this,the paper analyzes the difficulties for the implementation of green supply chain in China and discusses the approach and strategy of green supply chain from both micro and macro point of view.To achieve the green supply chain,the modern enterprises should form a strategic alliance with suppliers and istributors and establish the concept of sustainable development,the position of green supply chain management and the strategic partnership between enterprises within green supply chain.With the relevant environmental technology,information technology and logistics technology for reengineering the business process on the basis of the original supply chain,the green supply chain management system could be constructed.
