On Optimization of Logistics System in Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要：

Recently,people begin to pay more attention to the efficiency and low cost of operation of manufacturing material department,and make each subsystem more perfect.This paper proposes a optimizing logistics system in manufacturing system.Based on analysis of the current situation of the manufacturing enterprises logistics management,this paper points out the existing problems,the author design a plan to uitilize in the current manufacturing enterprises from three aspects: infornation flow,fund system,substance flow.
