An Empirical Study on the Relationships of Resources,Logistics Activities and Logistics Capabilities of Chain Pharmacies

摘要：

Logistics capabilities have important impacts on chain pharmaciesoperations.The results show that logistics capabilities of chain pharmacies can be conceptualized as a three dimensional construct: cost & service capability,flexibility and delivery capability.Furthermore,we find that chain headquartersresources have significant effects on their logistics activities and logistics capabilities,and that headquarterslogistics activities have significant effects on cost & service and delivery capabilities,but have no significant effects on flexibility.The implications for our findings are also considered.
