On Selections of Supply Chain Mode in Manufacturing Sector -Research from Purchasing Department of Color TV Tube Company in Changsha City
As the development of market competition,more and more manufacturing companies begin to use the modern supply chain management which corresponds with the ompaniesactual needs.The modern supply chain management may prove the companiescore competitiveness,which can bring healthy and long term development to the company.Here we take a case study about the purchase supply chain of LG.Philips Shuguang Electronics Co.,Ltd.We introduce methods with modern supply chain theory for designing a good purchase supply chain management mode to conventional industry.Thus we can prove the quality of products and the core competitiveness of the company.
