A Multi-parameter Remote Transmission System to Detecting Water Environment Based on Embedded CAN-Ethernet Gateway

A kind of multi-parameter detecting instrument of water environment using the processor SOC MCU C8051F040 is introduced in this paper, and these instruments work as intelligent detecting nodes on CAN bus. The ARM7 processor LPC2292 chip of the Philips is used as the hardware platform, and the real-time operating system of μC/OS-Ⅱ is used as the software platform in the design of CAN-Ethernet gateway. The TCP/IP is transplanted on the embedded system, and the Web Server is built based on TCP/IP protocol. The embedded Web Sever of CAN-Ethernet is accessed by IE browser,and then the real-time data of CAN intelligent nodes can be displayed on Web pages dynamically, which make CAN bus and Ethernet communicate with each other, in order to realize remote transmission of spot data and improve automation level of water environment detection.
