Design and Development of Low Hilly Land Management System Based on ArcGIS Engine
This paper analyzed the development course and application of the forestry GIS, it summarized and compared the develop experience and application actuality of forestry GIS, analyzed present develop technologies and the application status of low hilly land management System. Through the requirement analyzing of the system, put out the idea of based on ArcGIS engine to construct the low hilly land management system. This paper analyzed data flow and function structure of the low hilly land management system in detail. Analyzed and solved several key technologies of this system. For example data integrated management technique; report forms statistic and query technique; special map output technique; spatial analyst and 3D display technique. This system use the Visual Studio.NET made the Second development based the ArcGIS Engine, realized six modules as the systems data integrated management module; report forms statistic and query module; data synthetically analysis module; special map making module; spatial analyst module; 3D display module.
