Research on Reasonable Appraisal of Urban Land-Use
Through discussing the problems arising in the process of urbanization, the article clarified the importance of reasonable use of urban land. Based on this, the research made an analysis on the home and abroad urban land-use. From the perspective of investigating whether the relation between land use spatial change and urban economic, social, ecological environment is coordinated,synchronized and sustainable, the paper established the evaluation index system of Shijiazhuangurban land-use, performed reasonable appraisal on urban land-use by grading and carried on the coordination,the synchronism, the developmental and the overall analysis to the evaluation results. Finally based on the evaluation results and the actual situation, the article proposed that Shijiazhuang should strengthen the old city transformation, enhance urban overall accommodation ability, develop the stereometric transportation pattern, try to optimize land layout and improve the urban environment vigorously.
