The Influence of Environmental Factors on Controlled Atmosphere Storage and Controlling

摘要：

The effects of increased CO2 and reduced O2 in combination, in certain cases, to be more effective than exposure of fruits and vegetables to either reduced O2 or increased CO2 alone. There are also many other factors in the crop storage environment which can influence the effects of CO2 and O2 on stored fruits and vegetables and some of these are discussed in this paper.
