Research on the Influence Factors of Rice Impact

摘要：

Impact is the main cause of the rice mechanical injury. In this paper, utilizing the impact test device of agriculture material invented by ourselves, the rice of different varieties, ifferent moisture content, and different height are researched. It is found that the higher moisture content is, the lower destructive power that the rice of occurring the crack and crushing is; The destructive power is different due to different varieties of grain; the higher the height is ,the stronger the destructive power is; The total time of impact is apparently different and time to peak force is shorten when the moisture content is high, however, the total time of impact is obviously shorten but the differences are not obvious when the moisture content is low.
