The Variations of Ultra-weak Luminescence in Red Rice and White Rice during Germination

摘要：

The ultra-weak luminescence of different rice varieties (hybrid red flee, hybrid white rice,common red rice, common white rice and wild red rice) during germination was measured. The paper discussed that the difference between the luminescence of red rice and the white rices. The result showed that ultra-weak luminescence reflected the dynamic process of germinating seeds metabolism,and for the same ecotype flee, the intensity counts of red rice is more than the white rices over 25～40 zper 30s. Furthermore, the experiment further proved that acid rain affected the physiological vigor of rice in some degrees, for the same rice variety, the acid-resistance of red rice was stronger than the white rices, when the rough dee prayed over the acid rain of pH≤2.5, it has not the emission of luminescence.
