Study on Centrifugal Permanent Magneticism DC Constant Voltage Generator for Low Speed Transportation

The pulley of the engine and the shell of the centrifugal outer rotor of the generator are designed for oneness. The steel magnet which is divided by block of nonmagnetic is fixed on the shell of the outer rotor by screws. When the rotor is rotating, the magnetic field rotates with it, the armature winding cuts magnetic line and produces electromotive force. Bidirectional half-wave controlled stabilized rectifier is designed, which includes the reference circuit, comparison circuit, flip-flop and the rectifier circuit. The rectifier can both regulate the voltage and the current, put out direct current with stable voltage. The problem of instable voltage, which is generated by the automobiles permanent-magnet generator at wide speed and wide load, is solved.
