Research of Planning and Management Innovation of Power Grid of New Countryside in Henan Province
With the promotion of new countryside construction, power grid of new countryside in Henan Province cannot meet the demands of social and economic development by far. It is urgent to reform planning and management of rural power grid. To promote the reformation of rural power grid,and satisfy the demands of new countryside construction, planning and management mechanism should be innovated in time. Not only the operation level of rural power grid should be improved, but also its management mechanism should be perfected. What is more, to complete the transformation of rural power grid, leadership of organizations, and projects managements should be strengthened furthermore.Transformation of rural power grid should be implemented carefully. Services should be also in a high quality. A new countermeasure about planning and management mechanism transformation of rural power grid is proposed by research and exploration for a long time. The countermeasure could have some guiding significance for planning construction and management innovation of power grid of new countryside in Henan Province. It also has reference significance for the other provinces.
