Research of Multi-signal Detecting Method and the Auto-alarm System on Combine Harvester

摘要：

With the widely using of combine harvester, the problems such as low efficiency, frequent malfunction, hard to perceive the faults, were exposed extensively. In this paper, a real-time detection and Auto-alarm system of combine harvester based on the multi-signal detection method was presented.A AT89C52 MCU was used as signal processor and smart sensors were selected for the Multi-signal detection of roller torque, roller rotational speed, engine rotational speed, harvester marching speed,grain feed rate and loss rate. Working states of combine harvester could be detected real-time and the sound-light alarm would be provided while the error occurred.
