Parametric Modeling of Parts of Seeder under Plastic Mulch Based on Pro/E

Because of the major problems of Plastic Mulch Planter, 2BP-2 plastic mulch dibbler was improved, and the seeder under Plastic Mulch was designed. The seeding-machine later was ameliorated and the traditional design method that has low efficiency was changed. Besides, we carried out parametric modeling for the parts of the machine by the software Pro/E, especially for the major components such as seed dropping mechanism、terra wheel、 furrow opener and squashing cover soil device, and carried out the virtual assembly and kinematic simulation analysis.
