Analysis and Comparison of Nutrient Components in Apricot Dres

To effectively use apricot dregs, the main nutrition component (e.g. fat, protein, moisture content, mineral substance, pigment, crude fiber etc.) of two kinds of apricot dreg were determined and compared. Results indicated that the dregs of concentrating pulp were rich in textile fiber and natural pigments, the content of protein and the amino acid were high in the dregs of almond oil. It can be widely used in food industry.
