Countermeasure Research of the Development of Agricultural Electronic Commerce in Henan Province
The appearance of electronic commerce brings new vigor and vitality to solve the information problems in circulation of agricultural products. Henan Province, as a big agricultural province, has a preliminary condition to develop agricultural electronic commerce because its developed agricultural production, perfect infrastructure, and its improving informatization degree constantly.Research of the development mode of agricultural electronic commerce in Henan Province also has important significance for the other province to develop internet trade of agricultural products. After the summary of development status of agricultural electronic commerce in Henan Province, it is pointed out that the development of agricultural electronic commerce is just in a starting stage. On the basis of analyzing the advantage and restrictive factors of the development of internet trade of agricultural products, concrete measures and countermeasure are provided to guide the development of agricultural electronic commerce in Henan Province. It also has reference significance for the other provinces.
