Research of Machine Visual Image Processing Based on Wavelet Analysis
Wavelet analysis, which has been advancing recent years, is a new method of image processing, especially in the field of machine visual image processing and analysis. As a tool, wavelet analysis can be applied to image denoising, image decomposing, image compressing, image enhancing and image fusion. It can also act on the image processing in boundary inspection and dynamic analysis.As a result, the information which we need was distilled from the visual image, and then we can identify or monitor it. In this paper, characteristics and development of wavelet transform theory is analyzed.Directions and methods of machine visual image processing based on wavelet analysis are summarized.In addition, the matters that should attach importance to are indicated. In a word, the wavelet analysis has an enormous potential in the field of machine visual image processing.
