Application of surface wave method in cranny grouting of cliff in earthen architecture
In recent years,surface wave method,as a pop physical exploration,has been used masterly in geology engineering.Based on the principle of surface wave method,a new use is endowed to quality check of cranny grouting.Specially for earthen architecture,devastating method should not be used in quality check of cranny grouting.We have on choice but lossless exploration method.We take cranny grouting of cliff in Jiaohe ancient city as an example,use surface wave to explore the cranny before grouting and check the result after grouting.After many exploration tests of all kind of crannies of Jiaohe,changing many methods and parameters,We find a good method.The result shows that,the effect of grouting is intuitionistic not only through wave,frequency curve but also through reflection map.It shows that surface wave method is fit to quality check of cranny grouting of earthen architecture.
