Fungi-damage Survey of Shijiazhuang Pilu Temple Mural and fungi colony identification

摘要：

The paper reported the survey of Shijiazhuang Pilu Temple mural,especially fungi-damage.Using microbiology method,mainly fungi colonies were identified.All the work is advantage for the future conservation.Aug.2004,the author had been invited to word with Institute of ancient architecture protection in Hebei Province,it has a project about conservation of Shijiazhuang Pilu temple mural,and did to identify the mainly fungi colonies species from the mural.This mural was good prestige in Chinese ancient mural.By survey and a lot of microbiology experimental methods,such as sample,culture,isolate and identification,the mainly fungi species were identified,finally given a suggestion for protection the mural,and it had been adopted.
