Identification of Bio-particle Contamination Source in the Stainless Experiment Chamber by Experiment and Inverse Calculation Method

The issue of indoor microbe contamination gradually draws widely and highly attentions of scholars all around the world.It has been proved by the results of enormous researches that the bio-particles containing virus and microbe,etc.can spread through air.In this paper,the mainly discuss is focused on the bio-particle contamination source identification by experiment and inverse calculation method.A bio-particle transport experiment is tested in a stainless experiment chamber with air clean device.Five bacteria aerosol Andersen samplers are averagely located in the room at 1.5 meter height,and Serratia marcescens are used as tracer microorganism to indicate the bacteria transport route.Microorganisms were aerosolized into the chamber by a Collison nebulizer under different source locations at 1.5 meter height.The experiment results show that the different sampler results are gotten under different bio-particle source locations.Indoor environment bioaerosols diffusion model is introduced and modified by experimentsresults to provide the accurate.The air flow condition,bio-particle diameter,evaporation,indoor humidity,temperature and bacteria death are considered in the diffusion model.Meanwhile,the inverse calculation methods are used to identify the source.First we divide the experiment chamber into 106 grids at 1.5 meter height.Then,the bacteria dispersion results are calculated under each grid according to the different source in a computer program which makes information management and result presentation easy.Last the compare results of experiment and calculation are gotten to find the emission source.To get the accurate results and reduced the calculation workload,the probability method is introduced in the paper.
