Research on the Internal Control and Risk Management in Supply Chain Operations

摘要：

Supply chain management (SCM) is the process of planning,implementing and controlling the operations of the supply chain as efficiently as possible.There have been a few changes in business environment that have contributed to the development of supply chain networks in the 21st century.To ensure that the organizational objectives stand a better chance of being attained,the internal control system becomes necessary to gain a full understanding of all the developments and uncertainties that could emerge at any point in the supply chain.With the emphasis on controls,what better time for us in SC to build a case for obtaining those resources,systems,and tools to help us become more effective SCM organizations.
