Analyzing Management Performance Model based on Cost Structure of Logistic Sector in GOME Retail Business
Since China has got the accession to WTO,the continuous influx of foreign retail as well as domestic retail industry and logistics industry opening up to foreign investment,make our domestic retail business in a competitive environment to find living space and have to play more and more attention on the logistics cost analysis and control.In this paper,our research is started with the study of Gome,and analyzing logistics costs composition of Gome and situation based on the perspective of supply chain.At the same,we make a comparative analysis among Gome and its major competitors.Finally,we will supply some proposals about how to optimize the logistics systems and control logistics cost based on our research.
