Talent Pool Establishment for Professional Logistic Management Team in Education Sector

摘要：

This paper,based on the actuality and development trend of Chinese logistic industry,expatiated the importance of our countrys logistic talent cultivation,and pointed out the important reason of lacking logistic talent from two aspects: the investigation of human resource actuality in logistic enterprise and teaching practice investigation of logistic management and logistic engineering major in our university.Based on the above analysis,this paper,following the idea of combining theoretical education and practical education,brought forward the reformational direction of improving our logistic talent cultivation and concrete reform measure.It has the important instructional meaning and reference value for the instruction of our logistic talent.
