Resistance Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Information Sharing in Supply Chain Management

摘要：

In supply chains,information sharing is the key of improving the performance of Supply Chain Management (SCM).At present,in the process of SCM,it is common that information sharing is in a poor level,which affects the performance.The paper mainly analyzes the resistance and obstacles when implementing information sharing and the existing risks,proposing specific incentive measures on information sharing in SCM.
