The Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Development in Henan Province
Because of the most population, the agriculture development is of very important significance for the economy of Henan province. However, though comparing with other provinces and cities, this paper studies that there are many problems, including lagging information system of agricultural product,weak innovative ability of science and technology, agricultural structure with the characteristics of one high three low, few leading enterprises, market operation mechanism and the interest allocation mechanism are not perfect. Therefore, this paper brings forward some pieces of advices: establish the united market system in the whole province as soon as possible, build up the raw material base of superior farm products, and make leading enterprises bigger and stronger, in order to promote the quick and orderly development of agriculture industry of Henan province.
