Research on the Ecological Reconstruction of Coal Resource-based City in Transition
From a development perspective, resource-based cities in our country facing transition issues,and encountered a lot of acute contradictions and are trapped in developing difficulties in the transition process commonly, which are particularly prominent in the side of reconstruction of the ecological environment. These contradictions and difficulties have seriously hampered harmonious sustainable development of economic and ecological environment. Based on the basis of the principles of sustainable development, this article advance measures such as actively promoting therational development and utilization of coal, developing recycling economy; environmental restoration for coal Resource-based city, establishing ecological city; ecological restoration measures of coal mine cave-in areas and construction strategies of ecological city, With a view to optimizing the allocation of resources,strictly control the waste of resources and environmental pollution, coordinating the relationship between economic development and ecological and environmental protection. Achieving the ecological transition from a leading industry and the recycling economy construction to the cultural industry and tourism industries, and so on.
