Irrigation districts are the foundation of the national economy and peoples livelihood,the main producer of humans food,and the most populated areas with regards to consequently their ecological,environmental conditions and impacts are of great importance to peoples production and living standard.How to survey analyse,understand the achievements and existing problems of irrigation district.Also,how to protect and improve their ecology and environment based on scientificdevelopment is the key issue currently confronted by them.
