Effect of Information Technology on Water Planning

摘要：

Water planning is the base of water construction.With the development of water and IT,it is necessary to use IT in water planning.Water planning is the first step of all water works and is very dynamic.Water planning concept is very large,and its problems can be solved by the use of IT.By the use of IT,the efficiency and the science of water planning are improved and allows people to take part in this work.
